Ongoing ventures

Long-term research, kept open for peer reading

Our current undertakings pair written scholarly findings with the media that supports them. Each initiative is documented so colleagues and students can revisit the method, not only the conclusion.

Guideline one

Describe the method

State the question, the materials examined, and how each source was gathered before presenting results.

Guideline two

Attach media with context

Every recording, chart, or scan carries a caption naming its origin, date, and the passage it supports.

Submit media

Upload media alongside your article

Field recordings

Audio from fieldwork

Submit interview excerpts and ambient recordings with a short transcript and a note on where and when each was captured.

Charts and figures

Charts that accompany findings

Upload figures in clean, labelled form, each tied to the paragraph it illustrates so readers can follow the argument.

Archival scans

Scans from original sources

Add high-resolution scans of manuscripts and archival documents, with a citation that lets readers find the originals.
